Warranty and Return Policy
Norward Expert LLC warrants to the first retail customer that all products listed on www.agrocam.eu website (Product) are free from defects in materials and in workmanship at the time of purchase.
The Product may fail during normal usage and conditions due to defective materials or workmanship. These defect(s) will be repaired or the Product will be replaced (on Norward Expert LLC’s choice) free of charge within one year (or within longer period if it is required by applicable law) from the date of purchase.
The warranty extends only to the first customer who purchased the Product directly from Norward Expert LLC or from its authorized resellers. The warranty is not transferable or assignable.
The warranty does not apply to:
damages that result from abnormal use or conditions, accident (including without limitation, collision, crash or fire);
damages from exposure to extreme environmental or operational conditions (physical, thermal or electrical stress, including water, dust, power fluctuations or other hazards) ;
damages to the surface of the Product, including cracks or scratches, or any other cosmetic damage;
any third party products (including software) or services, included with or used with the Product, or damages to the Product caused by third party products or services;
damages that result from any unauthorized attempts to open, maintain, repair or modify the Product
use in violation of law or ordinances in effect in the jurisdiction in which the Product is used.
Norward Expert LLC will not be liable for any
personal injury or death;
special, incidental, exemplary, punitive, indirect or consequential damages;
any economic losses (including loss of use, data, business, or profits or any other pecuniary loss);
or other claims related to or resulting from the use of the Product.
The extent of Norward Expert LLC’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement described above and. In no event, shall its total liability exceed the purchase price paid by the customer for the Product.
Norward Expert LLC warrants that all of its products are free of manufacturing defects. Should you have a warranty issue, return the item to us and we will repair it if possible or replace all valid warranty items. Products purchased directly from Norward Expert LLC or from its authorized reseller may be returned within the warranty period if defective.
The warranty is limited as laid down in our Warranty Policy.
In case of product defect please contact our Customer Service via email (email@example.com). First our support team tries to help you diagnose and fix the problems. If we can’t help you fix the problem, you may be entitled to repair or replacement. For returning the product our Customer Service provides a return authorization number.
You will be responsible for all return shipping charges and shall assume all risk of loss or damage to product while in transit to us. We recommend that you use a traceable method of shipping for your protection.
For returns you must pack your product in its original packaging and include all accessories. We reserve the right to charge for any damage to the product, and missing part fees may apply.
We will test your product and if it qualifies for a warranty issue we will repair or replace it. If repair or replacement is not possible we issue credit for our online store.
If your product does not qualify for a warranty issue we will notify you. You may request us to repair the product at your own costs.
We will pay for shipping to return any product to you.
